R & D men
About twenty specialized engineers who are connected to producers, manufacturers, and networks, insure a technical watch, gather information and raise questions from the ground to the six of the engineers working at research and development department.
This close collaboration supported by our work in test farms allows to find nutritional zoo-technical and industrial solutions capable of improving livestock and production site performances.
For instance, the creation of NUCLEOR (a new presentation of premixes for poultry) and AXION program (measure and improvement of immunity level) are issued from R&D department works, as well as the conception of pelleting additives that make manufacturing process easier.
R&D teams work also on more general problems and in the longer term such as:
- limitation of methanol emanations in livestock,
- quality of meat and carcasses,
- oxidative stress, enzymes,
- digestibility,
- quality of eggs,
- relation between nutrition and health linked with genetics (nutria-genomics), etc.
